Request for Nominations for Voting Consumer Representative Members on Public Advisory Committees

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is requesting nominations for voting consumer representatives to serve on the Food Advisory Committee. This advisory committee is under the purview of the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). FDA has a special interest in ensuring that women, minority groups, and individuals with disabilities are adequately represented on its advisory committees and, therefore, encourages nominations of qualified candidates from these groups.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement.
