The US Department of Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has released the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Rattlesnake Creek Watershed Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement (Final Plan-EIS) in Stafford County, Kansas, selecting the preferred alternative of constructing an augmentation wellfield and implementing water conservation measures to support agricultural water management and wildlife refuge needs.
