FDA Delays Reportable Food Registry Implementation Until September 8, 2009

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the availability of a draft guidance document to help the industry comply with the Reportable Food Registry requirements, and has also delayed the implementation of the registry until September 8, 2009, to consider comments and test the electronic portal.
