FDA Announces Guidance for IRB Registration

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a guidance document to help Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) comply with a new rule requiring registration with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for reviewing FDA-regulated research in the United States.
