FSIS Releases Revised Food Safety Guideline for Egg Products

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has made its revised Food Safety Guideline for Egg Products available, updating the previous version to address questions and include new scientific information, in order to help egg product manufacturers comply with FSIS regulations.
