FDA Announces Generic Animal Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2010

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the rates for generic animal drug user fees for fiscal year 2010, with fees ranging from $27,025 for a sponsor paying 50% of the fee to $75,000 for each abbreviated application for a generic new animal drug. The fees will be due and payable by January 31, 2010.
