FDA Establishes Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee to Implement Federal Regulations

The FDA is establishing the Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee to implement the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, and is publishing nominations for voting and non-voting membership on the committee.
