FDA Submits Tobacco Product Registration for Emergency Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposed collection of information for emergency review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, related to tobacco product establishment registration and health information submission as mandated by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (FSPTCA).
