FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Industry on Tobacco Product Establishment Registration and Listing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft guidance document to help tobacco product establishment owners and operators comply with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (FSPTCA) by registering and listing their products. The document aims to assist with the submission process for tobacco product establishment registration and product listing to the FDA.
