FDA Extends Comment Period for Tomato Food Safety Guidance
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its draft guidance on minimizing microbial food safety hazards of tomatoes until January 4, 2010, in response to requests for an extension from interested persons.
