FDA Extends Comment Period for Draft Guidance on Melon Food Safety
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its draft guidance on minimizing microbial food safety hazards of melons until January 4, 2010, in response to requests for an extension from interested persons.
