FDA Releases Guidance for Tobacco Product Establishments on Registration and Product Listing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a new guidance document to help tobacco product establishment owners and operators comply with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (Tobacco Control Act) by registering and listing their products with the agency.
