Solicitation for a Cooperative Agreement: Strategic Planning Coordinator, Kansas Evidence Based Practices Implementation Effort

The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is seeking a Strategic Planning Coordinator to provide coaching on executive leadership and project management to implement evidence-based practices in the Kansas Department of Corrections' Community Corrections Act oversight unit and local community corrections agencies. The selected applicant will facilitate strategic change and provide coaching on policy, organizational development, and behavioral interventions for the state's adult felony probation population.
