Parole Commission to Amend Regulation for Transfer Treaty Prisoners

The Parole Commission is updating its rules for prisoners transferred from foreign countries to serve out their remaining sentences in the US, clarifying the use of US Sentencing Guidelines and eliminating the need for a court reporter to record transfer hearings.
