The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a modification to the 1994 consent decree affecting Operable Unit 9 of the California Gulch Superfund site, which is a Superfund site under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
