National Institute of Corrections Seeks Video Production Proposal for New Jail Planning

The National Institute of Corrections is soliciting proposals for a cooperative agreement to produce a high-quality educational DVD on the five phases of new jail planning, as part of its efforts to improve correctional facilities.
