Board of Immigration Appeals: Composition of Board and Temporary Board Members

The U.S. government has finalized a rule expanding the Board of Immigration Appeals to 15 members, including four new positions, and allowing senior attorneys with 10+ years of experience to serve as temporary board members, as announced on December 7, 2006, in a Federal Register notice.
