DEA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Synthetic THC Drug Product

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is withdrawing a proposed rule that would have revised its regulations regarding a synthetic isomer of tetrahydrocannabinols (THC) contained in a specific formulation of a drug product approved by the FDA, and instead plans to transfer individual generic drug products to schedule III through a different process.
