Department of Justice Updates Radiation Exposure Compensation Act Regulations

The Department of Justice is publishing a Notice to inform the public of changes to its regulations under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act, following a Tenth Circuit Court decision that allows attorneys to receive reimbursement for expenses and costs above statutory limits, and to initiate a rulemaking to revise the existing regulation.
