US Department of Justice Revises Regulations for Sexually Explicit Content Records
The US Department of Justice finalized rules updating record-keeping, labeling, and inspection requirements for sexually explicit content, following changes to the underlying statute made by Congress in 2006, as part of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act.
