Waiver of Missile Proliferation Sanctions Against Foreign Persons

The US government has waived sanctions against foreign persons related to missile proliferation, as mandated by the Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Act, following a determination made under Executive Order 13222 issued on August 17, 2001.
