U.S. Department of State Announces Plan to Assess Environmental Impacts of Keystone XL Pipeline Alternative Route

The U.S. Department of State has issued a Notice of Intent to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Keystone XL Mainline Alternative Route in Nebraska, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
