Caltrans to Conduct Drawbridge Maintenance with 4-Hour Notice

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has received a temporary deviation from the regulation governing the Rio Vista Drawbridge across the Sacramento River, allowing for a 4-hour notice period for bridge openings during required maintenance of the drawspan.
