Licensing of Radar Beam Steering Patent with Remote Reflectory/Refraction

The U.S. Patent Office has announced the availability for licensing of a patent related to radar beam steering, which was granted to the public on July 5, 2005. The U.S. Government, specifically the Secretary of the Army, retains rights to this invention.
