FAA Issues Revised Airworthiness Directive for Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7R4 Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has updated an existing airworthiness directive for Pratt & Whitney's JT9D-7R4 turbofan engines to correct errors in part numbers and serial numbers, aiming to prevent 1st stage fan blade fracture and engine failure.
