FSIS Releases Report on Pathogen Reduction Rule Review

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has released a report reviewing the Pathogen Reduction; Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Systems Final Rule, which was amended under Section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act. The report is now available for public review.
