Teck Cominco Alaska Incorporated to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Red Dog Mine Extension-Aqqaluk Project

The Red Dog Mine, operated by Teck Cominco Alaska Incorporated under an agreement with NANA Regional Corporation, is set to extend its operations with a new mining plan for the Aqqaluk deposit, which is expected to extend the mine's life until approximately 2031.
