DoD Finalizes Rule for Reimbursement of Labor Costs on Non-Commercial Contracts

The Department of Defense has adopted a final rule to provide policy for reimbursing labor costs on competitively awarded non-commercial time-and-materials and labor-hour contracts, as outlined in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
