DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Consider Selected Reserve Members in Contract Evaluation

The US Department of Defense is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to account for Section 819 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006, which allows the DoD to consider the use of Selected Reserve members in contract evaluations.
