DoD Adopts Final Rule for Architect-Engineer Services and Military Family Housing Contracts

The Department of Defense has adopted a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a provision from the 2004 National Defense Authorization Act, requiring notification to Congress before awarding contracts for architectural and engineering services or construction design related to military construction, family housing, or damaged facilities.
