US Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Habitat Conservation Plan in Santa Clara Valley, California

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental impacts of a Habitat Conservation Plan for the Santa Clara Valley in California, in coordination with Santa Clara County and other local partners.
