National Park Service Announces Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Harpers Ferry National Historical Park

The National Park Service has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the General Management Plan of Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, covering parts of West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
