Forest Service Proposes Travel Management Plan for Black Hills National Forest

The Forest Service is proposing to designate routes open to motorized travel within the Black Hills National Forest, in compliance with the 2005 Travel Management Rule, and will produce a Motorized Vehicle Use Map to guide compliance and enforcement.
