U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List Three Crustaceans as Endangered
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list three crustaceans, the Kenk's amphipod, Virginia well amphipod, and the copepod Acanthocyclops columbiensis, as endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. The Service has determined that the petition lacks substantial scientific or commercial information to support listing these species.
