Minnesota; Emergency and Related Determinations

The U.S. government has issued a presidential declaration of an emergency for the state of Minnesota, effective August 21, 2007, in response to a declared disaster. This declaration was made in accordance with the Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.
