FMCSA to Submit Driver Qualification Files Collection for OMB Review and Approval

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit a request for review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its Driver Qualification Files collection, which requires motor carriers to maintain records of their commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers' qualifications. The request was published in the Federal Register on May 23, 2007, and received no comments during the 60-day comment period.
