FMCSA to Revocate Authority Granted by Motor Carrier, Freight Forwarder, or Property Broker

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is planning to submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to revoke the authority granted to a motor carrier, freight forwarder, or property broker to amend or revoke its registration, following a 60-day comment period that ended without any comments.
