EPA Proposes Approval of Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Virginia's State Implementation Plan, extending the applicability of four product regulations to the Fredericksburg Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emissions Control Area.
