EPA Proposes Partial Approval and Conditional Approval of South Carolina's State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and conditionally approve specific portions of South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) regarding the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) program and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) program, which must be revised within twelve months of final conditional approval.
