EPA Revises Budget Period Limitation for Research Grants and Cooperative Agreements
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is implementing a rule change to eliminate the 24-month budget period limitation for research and demonstration grants and cooperative agreements, while maintaining a five-year project period limitation.
