U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Final Rule to Implement Australia Group Understandings on Biological Agents

The Bureau of Industry and Security is publishing a final rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations to reflect changes to the Australia Group's list of biological agents, including the addition of Croatia as a member and updates to controls on animal pathogens and select agents.
