EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of Michigan Clean Air Interstate Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve a revision to Michigan's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporates provisions related to the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and the CAIR Federal Implementation Plan (CAIR FIP) concerning sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxide (NOX) annual, and nitrogen oxide (NOX) ozone season emissions for the state of Michigan.
