EPA Approves Kentucky's Revised Volatile Organic Compound Definition

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to Kentucky's State Implementation Plan, updating the definition of volatile organic compounds to align with the federal standard, following a submission by the Kentucky Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet on December 14, 2006.
