EPA Approves Delaware State Implementation Plan to Reduce Crude Oil Lightering Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Delaware to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from crude oil lightering operations, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
