EPA Approves West Virginia Clean Air Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to West Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that incorporates provisions related to the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and the CAIR Federal Implementation Plan (CAIR FIP) for sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions, following a direct final action on June 8, 2007.
