Court Ruling Disagrees with Commerce Department's Decision on Chinese Windshield Glass

The US Court of International Trade ruled against the Department of Commerce's decision on Certain Automotive Replacement Glass Windshields from China, following a remand. The final judgment was made on June 28, 2007, in the case Xinyi Automotive Glass v. United States (Ct. No. 02-00321).
