FMCSA Extends Exemptions for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers with Vision Impairment

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has renewed exemptions for 22 individuals who are commercial motor vehicle drivers with vision impairments, concluding that these exemptions will provide a level of safety equivalent to or greater than the current standards.
