EPA Proposes Revisions to California Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce volatile organic compound emissions from solvent usage, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
