EPA Proposes Approval of Missouri Clean Air Interstate Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that meets the requirements of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), which aims to reduce sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions that contribute to poor air quality in downwind states.
