FEMA Submits Public Assistance Program Evaluation and Customer Satisfaction Survey for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a survey to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to measure the performance of its Public Assistance program against customer service standards and to gauge customer satisfaction levels, with the goal of improving disaster services.
